2008 11U TBS Honorable Mention All-American Noah Croft was born August 1st, 1996 to Mark and Theresa Croft. Noah, his parents and younger sister Sophie live in Olathe, Kansas, located just outside of Kansas City. Noah is a standout pitcher for the 12U Inside Sports KC Blues, standing 5’9 and 142 lbs. Noah uses his strength and size on the mound throwing a fastball that was clocked at 72 mph last summer. On the mound for the Blues Noah went 9-2 with a complete game win over the North Alabama Giants at the Elite World Series in 2008. Noah also brings great hitting abilities to his team hitting an astounding .484 BA with 62 RBI’s for the KC Blues in 08’. With the great abilities of Noah and support from his teammates, the Blues won eight championships in 2008, finishing the year ranked #18 by TravelBallSelect.

We asked him a few questions and here’s what he had to say:

Noah’s favorite position on the field is pitcher because he loves the thrill of striking someone out. Noah is the leader of his team just like his favorite MLB player Derek Jeter and the New York Yankees are Noah’s favorite team. When Noah isn’t on the baseball field you can find him playing basketball, collecting baseball cards, playing Xbox and outside playing with his friends. Noah loves being active, his favorite subjects in school are P.E. and math. His favorite food is a grilled chicken sandwich and his favorite movie is the comedy “Blades of Glory.” Having played in the Elite World Series the past two years it’s no secret that Noah’s favorite baseball park to play in is Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex. Noah says their rival team is the Mac-n-Seitz Indians (KS) who finished last year ranked as an Honorable Mention Team by TBS. In between innings Noah enjoys seeds and Gatorade. Noah says his best asset to the team is “his bat.”

TravelBallSelect is thankful to have had the opportunity to visit with Noah and wish him and his team the best this season.  And the next time you see Noah at the park, tell him that you read about his “world” on TBS.
