10U- Atlanta Super NIT Update- Friday Pool Play Summary Print E-mail

The Atlanta Super NIT Baseball Boys 10U was action-packed today.  It was a day mixed with late-inning upsets, offensive onslaughts, and opening-day web gems for many of the teams.  In Pool A, the Alabama Attack (ranked #34 by TBS from last year) defeated PTB-The Elite by a score of 5-4.  The TPSA Bandits beat the GA Yard Dogs-Black, 9-2. 
Pool B saw the Kennesaw Express ride out the East Alabama Storm 7-6.  In Pool C, the Bay Bombers bombarded the Georgia Grip 12-5.  The Sandtown Red Sox defeated the Home Plate Chilidogs-red, 9-1, and the Dirtbags beat the Georgia Select with a 13-7 victory.  With one game under their belts, each team is eager to get back on the field and either keep it rolling for win #2 or turn it around and even up their respective records.
