1. Georgia Bandits (GA) - Won Cooperstown in the strongest field of the year and beat Mizuno's Glory in a thrilling semi-final comeback win.

2. Mizuno's Glory (FL) - Can still win the national title with a Disney Elite win but right now, the Georgia Bandits beat 'em fair and square.

3. Louisiana Thunder (LA) - won perhaps the toughest Super NIT in the country at the Governor's Games in early June.

4. San Diego Stars (CA) - beat the Bandits in Cooperstown in a midnight game in pool play, but lost in the semis before the big rematch could take place.

5. Lamorinda Diablos (CA) - very impressive at Cooperstown and the gap has closed between Southern and Northern CA baseball.

6. Bullet Baseball (LA) - Won a Super NIT in May. Some of the best 10 year old baseball in the country is being played in Louisiana.

7. Bay Bombers (FL) - Then again, Florida baseball is going to have a say at Disney and the Bay Bombers fresh off a Super NIT win will make noise.

8. Texas Nationals (TX) - the best in Texas

9. TABU (CA) - shot up the rankings with a good show at Cooperstown.

10. Oklahoma Rays (OK) - Won a tough Texas Super NIT.

11. Fear (CA) - won the CA state title.

12. Carolina Angels (NC) - Well, look who is back after winning the always tough NC state title.

13. West Tennessee Wildcats (TN) - the best in the wild and very competitive state of Tennessee.

14. McKinney Marshalls (TX) - can play with anyone in the Lone Star State.

15. Banditos Black (TX) - redeemed themselves by winning the Nation's Texas tournament that featured all the big guns.

16. Alabama Attack (AL) - won the Alabama state title.

17. Gulf Coast Lightning (FL) - in the mix with the best in the state.

18. Team Combat (FL) - Super NIT win in May.

19. Knights Red (TX) - has some impressive wins over higher ranked teams.

20. Raleigh Phoenix (NC) - really impressed everyone at the NC state tournament.

21. Greensboro Titans (NC) - right in the mix in the great baseball state of
North Carolina.

22. Ohio Diamond Hawks (OH) - beat the best teams in the Northeast in Detroit's Super NIT.

23. Charlotte Hurricanes (NC) - Another great NC team.

24. Long Beach Fury (CA) - looked great at Cooperstown.

25. Motor City Hit Dogs (MI) - won Columbus Super NIT.
