TOURNAMENT RESULTS: 13U # Indians and # Redwings

NC Cleveland Indians beat RBI Redwings last weekend in Virginia 13-4.  Indians were lead by an outstanding young pitcher that kept a hard hitting RBI team off balance.  Evan Phillips with a good hard fastball in the upper 70's and a couple of good breaking pitches had command throughout.  Indians offensive power and a very deep pitching will be very tough to beat this year.... Pitchers Cody Kyle, Andrew Toney and Alex Raburn all throw in the low to mid 80's.  This team is full of arms and will be a tough test for whoever they match up against.  Evan Phillips, Cameron Snow, Blake Mitchell and Max Schrock all hit in the high 70's and have great breaking stuff.  Team speed is also a plus on this squad.
Indians go 2-0 Saturday then rained out on Sunday - Finished 1st giving up 4 runs total. Tournament was held in Petersburg, VA. - CABA Virginia Baseball.
