With the Banditos Black moving up to the 14-year-old division, there were only eight teams left in the age group, with all eight guaranteed passage to Sunday’s bracket play. But there is no lack of quality teams even without the Banditos. Three ranked teams, two from metro Atlanta, will be in action as the division starts play today. The No. 9 Atlanta Monarchs and the No. 10 Georgia Bandits of Atlanta will put this age group in a Georgia state of mind. The Ark-La-Tex Tornado! of Greenwood, La., ranked 20th, will also challenge.
