2008 12U Thibodaux Terror (LA)

The Thibodaux Terror 12U travel ball team, coached by former Major League pitcher Scott Sanders, is gaining respect through out the Southeast by playing hard and discipline baseball.
The Terrors have a 46-11 record including 6 tournament championships. They lost to the TBS #1 ranked Bandito Black (TX) 7-6 in extra innings to claim 3rd place in the Super NIT Governors Games. The Terrors locked up an Elite 24 berth with a strong 4-1 record in Lake Charles.

Coach Sanders has coached this team the past 4 seasons building a team to compete against Elite teams. The Terrors have four original team members, Scottie Sanders, Rustin Guidry, Jace Toups and Grant Naquin. Coach Sanders added players from the Southern part of Louisiana, Kade Granier, Sam Houston, Jaden Danos, Hunter Trahan, Chase Vallot, Hezakiah Randolph and Trey Quinn. The Terror is a balanced team that has strong pitching, power hitting and solid defensive play. This season the Terrors average over 10 runs per game getting contributions from the top to the bottom of the line up. Scott Sanders is blessed with a wonderful coaching staff that includes Lance Trahan, Robert Naquin, Trey Granier and Dave Quinn making it one of the top coaching staffs around.

The Terrors will compete in the Cooperstown Dreams Tournament the week of July 19th-24th. Based on their play, they will be one of the favorites in this competitive week long tournament.
