LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- The Florida Fire scored three runs in the eighth inning to capture an 8-5 win over the Macomb Mudhens Friday at the 11 & Under Major Elite World Series at Disney's Wide World of Sports.
 
Jason Heinich had three hits for the Fire, and Brad Rollins had two hits. Charlie Carpenter knocked two RBIs.
 
The Mudhens got a homer from Shea Patterson, who also had a double and two RBIs.
 
The Fire fell into a 5-2 hole, but then scored three runs in the sixth inning to tie the game up.
