Brett Maxwell - St. Pete Hurricanes (FL) - the guy who makes everything go for the Hurricanes. Very big and strong, is probably the best pure hitter in the state. Brett is a "winner" with a great attitude - a leader that takes his team on his back in pressure situations. Nile Ball – East Cobb Astros (GA) – Nile started off slow but finished with a bang, a big bang of homeruns (15), doubles (28) and defensive plays in centerfield. He also was called on to pitch and did it effectively as seen in the AAU Championship game. Shea Patterson - Macomb Mudhens (MI) - The talented third baseman was also the clean-up hitter for this top ranked team and hit close to .500 on the season. The bigger the game, the bigger Shea plays as evident in the game at the Elite 24 against the Florida Fire where he hit a homerun early and then connected on the game winning hit at the end of the game. Tyler Petite – Lamorinda Baseball (CA) – Tyler hit in the third position on the number one ranked team. Hit for .450 average at the Elite World Series. Michael Palos – Semi Predators (CA) – Michael was a top hitter and was a solid pitcher but ran into some arm trouble late in the season. Justin Evans – East Cobb Astros (GA) – The leader on this top ranked team. Justin sets the tone as he is the leadoff hitter and a fundamentally sound shortstop. When he got on base (.497 average), he would score as a result of stealing 82 bases on the year. Riki Kobayashi – Hawaii Warriors (HA) – Riki was the Warriors second leading hitter for the year and was the number two pitcher on the staff that showed well at the AAU National Tournament where he struck out nine batters over nine innings pitched. Austin McKee – Cincy Flames (OH) – Austin was named the MVP of the CABA World Series. Lucas Herbert – Semi Predators (CA) – Lucas was one of many talented players on this highly ranked team. He was used as the clean-up hitter due to his propensity to drive in runs. Matthew Tarantino – Multiple Teams (CA) – This young man is an outstanding shortstop and team leader as well as a catalyst on the offensive side. Anthony Dahl – Houston Lightning (TX) – Anthony Dahl has been a big game pitcher but is best known as the best SS in the Houston area since 9u. He combines his great footwork with a plus arm from SS. Rainier Ausmus – Houston Lightning (TX) – Ausmus is known for his ability to hit the baseball in any situation. Defensively, Rainer is able to play multiple positions very well including catcher, 3B, and pitcher. John Storm - Macomb Mudhens (MI) -John was the lead-off hitter who put the pressure on the defense by batting just under .500 but got on base more than six times out of every ten plate appearances. Jordan Poore – Cincy Flames (OH) – One of the top left handed pitchers in the Ohio Valley area and an even better hitter who hits with power as well as for average. Andrew Manduzzi - Macomb Mudhens (MI) - Andrew finished the season without a lose even when pitching against 12U teams. At the Elite 24 he three hit the Houston Lightning to collect the win. Andrew also swung the bat well as he finished with a .448 average. Torrey Johnson – Houston Angels (TX) Jordan Bautista-Rosales – RBA Seahawks (TX) Mitchell Daniels – NorCal Grizzlies 12U (CA) Jason Heinrich – St. Pete Hurricanes (FL) Noah Croft – Inside Sport (KS) Jalen Miller and Jake Rogers – Chiefs Baseball (GA) Jerrad Rettig – N.W.O. Indians/Ohio Diamondhawks (OH) Connor Green – Germantown Giants (TN) Austin Riley – Mississippi Royals (MS) Karsten Lee – TABU (CA)
