10U Results - Elite 24 Central Florida Bobcats vs. Alabama Senators Print E-mail

Central Florida Bobcats 13, Alabama Senators 4

LAKE BEUNA VISTA, Fla. – TBS #13 Central Florida Bobcats went 0-2 in pool play losing a close game to TBS #1 Oklahoma Elite 3-1 on Monday and then going down to TBS #17 American Avengers III (TX) 8-0 on Tuesday.

Wednesday the Bobcats took on TBS Honorable Mention Alabama Senators who yesterday gave the #9 ranked team Most Feared all they could handle going down 5-4.  Brandon White gave the Bobcats three strong innings. The Bobcats gave Brandon plenty of run support with big hits from Tanner Clark, William Rosado, Michael Harkom, Brian Rey and William Frabbott.

The defense was led by Mervyl Melendez, Logan Allen, Joseph Harbuck, Andre Walden and Robert Jensen. The Bobcats also got a strong inning from pitcher Cody Collins. Next up for the Bobcats they will face the Banditos Black on Thursday at 10:00 AM and at 5:00 the Alabama Senators will face the loser of the West Pines Nike Cobras and Lehigh Valley Stealth game that will be played at 10:00 AM.
